Met Gala red carpet best and worst

The Met Gala, also known as the Met Ball, is an annual fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute in New York City. It marks the grand opening of the Costume Institute's annual fashion exhibit. Each year's event celebrates the theme of that year's Costume Institute exhibition, and the exhibition sets the tone for the formal dress of the night since guest are expected to choose their fashion to match the theme of the exhibit. This year’s theme is :

China: Through the Looking Glass.

Here are the nominees for the best dressed on the red carpet.

Beyonce in a sexy see through Givenchy dress , Kim Kardashian-West in another see-through dress this time by Roberto Cavalli , Jennifer Lopez in a sexy/glam Versace dress, Claire Dames in a more classic but sophisticated gown by Valentino and last but not least the one and only Rihanna wearing designer Guo Pei.

 My vote will go for …Claire Dames and her sophisticated look.  Claire …we salute you !

Rising Hollywood Star  Ansel Elgort wearing Tom Ford , Mr Robert Pattinson in Dior Homme , Fantastic 4 Michael B. Jordan took a risk in  Dolce & Gabbana ,  George Clooney super classic & classy in Giorgio Armani and finally French Fashion designer and Balmain creative Director  Olivier Rousteing in a futuristic sharp and classic look.

And my vote goes to …Mr Elegance himself George Clooney !
